Mark has been involved in learning and development for over 20 years, following a successful career in sales and management within the pharmaceutical industry. Over this time he has developed a bright, interactive and enthusiastic delivery style. His programmes are characterised by their focus on the ‘psychology of performance’ in tandem with people development. This facilitates awareness of how to break down performance barriers and ‘unlock’ potential, producing dramatic results. A qualified NLP practitioner, an ILM approved trainer and Insights Discovery accredited, Mark’s career has moved from the pharmaceutical arena to specialise in best practice for training design & delivery. With a specialism in Customer Service, Relationship Management and the Psychology of Communication, Mark brings a wealth of experience to his delivery.

Mark lives in Poole, Dorset with his wife and two sons. He has a keen interest in motorcycles and motorcycle racing and enjoys occasional track days.
