Gayle Reinhart – Consultant
Ms. Reinhart offers 29 years of extensive pharmaceutical/specialty product access experience with payers, PBMs, & Health Systems. Her expertise includes product launches, co-marketing, sales organization structure/function development, contract strategy/structure, and customer matrix management.
Ms. Reinhart had a highly accomplished career at GlaxoSmithKline, with roles that included West Area VP-Payer, leading the Specialty Account Managers to ensure patient access of Oncology, Immunology, and Vaccine portfolios, and successfully launched oncology products Tafinlar and Mekinist gaining 98% access within 6 months. As West Area VP – Hospital/Health Systems, Ms. Reinhart was responsible for $500 million (non-retail sales), 140 Account Managers across 30 states, aligning GSK products to customer clinical, financial, and organizational needs. As National Accounts VP, Ms. Reinhart led a cross-functional team directing all business activities across Commercial/Medicare/Managed Medicaid contracting representing sales over $1billion.
Ms. Reinhart’s GSK team achieved best-in- class account management (Health Strategies Group). Ms. Reinhart was recognized for top national performance six times and received numerous team awards. She led the GSK Field Women’s Leadership Initiative (2011-2012) and is a member of WBL Women Leading Healthcare (2013-present).
Ms. Reinhart has a BS in Biology from Kings College and is certified as a Medical Technologist, ASCP. She attended the Kellstadt Graduate School of Management at DePaul University. Ms. Reinhart participated at Harvard Business School on Negotiations and Competitive Decision Making, the Women’s Leadership Program at the Center for Creative Leadership, and numerous leadership development programs at GSK.
